Queen Marie Chapter 1 Stage 4
Complete Walkthrough
Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Queen Marie Chapter 1 Stage 4 of Dress up Time Princess. During the previous stage, you woke up surrounded by beautiful white roses. These were sent by Count Axel von Fersen who deeply cares for Marie Antoinette. Like Lafayette, Fersen also took part in the war in America, and soon enough you will get the chance to meet him again. You also encountered the jeweler Bohmer, who came to present the diamond necklace to you. The necklace itself looked astoundingly beautiful, but unfortunately, it was priced way too high, so you had to turn down Bohmer’s offer. Now is almost time for the banquet, so you can continue the story. The stage window will display all the relevant information. For this one, you will need to have Goodwill level 2 with Lafayette, which shouldn’t be too difficult to obtain.
Leonard will be simply thrilled to outfit you for the upcoming banquet. After all, it’s his duty to ensure you outshine the beauty of every other lady at the festival. He’ll also mention that Count Fersen will most definitely be there.
Needless to say, your heart will beat faster at the mere mention of Fersen’s name. Moments later, Leonard will show you the outfit he prepared for the occasion.
For this occasion, you should use the clothing items with Grand and Charming tags. These will grant you the most points, which should enable you to complete the stage with a Perfect score.
Leonard will be astounded by your looks. He will even dare to say that you’ll be able to capture the man that every French lady desires. Apparently, the man in question is none other than Marquis de Lafayette.
Not long after that, you will head to the banquet hall. As soon as you enter, you will draw everyone’s attention. While walking, you will be able to hear the gasps and praises, which will definitely feel pleasant. And then, the man you’ve been longing to meet will finally step in front of you and shower you with compliments.
He will ask if you remember the first time the two of you met. The memories of that night will suddenly rush to your mind, and your heart will start racing. Fersen will once again send the words of praise your way.
Shortly after, the charming Count will ask you to dance with him. After waiting for so long, you will once again have the opportunity to be close to Fersen and rekindle the old sparks of passion.
However, before you get the chance to give him an answer, Marquis de Lafayette will approach you and also ask for a dance. Apparently, Leonard was right when he said that your looks will definitely draw his attention.
Fersen will be surprised to see his army buddy fighting for your affection. Lafayette, on the other hand, will calmly reply that Fersen shouldn’t even be at the banquet. All in all, you’ll be placed in a rather unpleasant situation and will be forced to choose a dance partner.
Fersen
If you choose to dance with Fersen, he will be delighted with your decision. Lafayette will simply nod and wish you an enjoyable dance before stepping away. Fersen will then tell you how much he missed you while he was away. Needless to say, he’s completely in love with you, and his heart is yours and yours alone.
He’ll then try to explain how much he longed to return to you, and every day he questioned if he made the right decision to leave for America. Each moment he was away from your loving smile was the eternity of pain and torture for his heart.
After listening to him for a while, you’ll remind him that he returned from the war safely and finally got the chance to reunite with you. Now, you can simply relax and enjoy the dance.
Fersen will still be a bit uncertain what would’ve happened if the war dragged on a few more years. He will admit he’s afraid you might have forgotten him if that was the case. He’ll also openly ask if he’s still important to you. You will calmly say a few words of praise and tell him that you are no longer the same. Thankfully, Fersen won’t mind it at all. In fact, his heart is still yours and only yours until the day he dies.
You will gaze at Fersen’s mesmerizing eyes, embrace him, and dance the night away with the charming Swedish Count.

If you choose to dance with Lafayette, Fersen won’t take this defeat lightly. You will notice the pain and longing in his eyes, but he will gracefully step away and let you enjoy your dance with the lucky Marquis.
Before you start dancing, you will try to make the conversation going, but it will be very awkward for both of you. Eventually, Lafayette will gather up the courage and ask you the most obvious question – why did you choose to dance with him over Fersen.
You will think for a bit, and while most others would choose Fersen over Lafayette, you’ll wonder why you decided to dance with him. That’s when you’ll recall Leonard’s words and cheekily answer Lafayette’s question.
Needless to say, the uptight Marquis will be very shocked to hear you say that. Apparently, his humbleness will leave him without much to say.
You will notice the troubled look on his face. You’ll also notice that while not keeping his usually stern face, he looks way more appealing. You will then look him in the eyes and say he would look much better if he smiled more often.
Unfortunately, this won’t produce the results you were hoping for. Lafayette will say you should speak in a proper manner befitting a Queen. You’ll then ask if he thinks that you aren’t fit for a queen. Sadly, he won’t answer that question, and he’ll insist on finishing the dance.

While dancing, you will ask him why he invited you for a dance if he didn’t want to. He’ll calmly reply it is only proper to ask the Queen for a dance. You will then ask him another difficult question.
Lafayette will sternly reply that everyone needs to respect and adore the Queen of France. However, you will make yourself more clear and say that you referred to Marie Antoinette, not the Queen of France. Sadly, he only sees you as his Queen.
You will be quite frustrated at his response, but you will do your best to control yourself. Moments later, while making a turn, you will accidentally step on your hem, which will cause you to lose your balance. Lafayette will quickly grab you and pull you towards him. This will all happen so suddenly that you will accidentally step on his foot. You’ll quickly try to apologize for that.
Lafayette will wonder if your sudden loss of balance was just a coincidence. You’ll try your best to convince him you didn’t do it on purpose. Still, he will remain unconvinced. You can then choose if you want to reply playfully or get frustrated at him.
Reply Playfully
If you decide to get frustrated, you will lose some Goodwill with Lafayette. He’ll also mention that there are rumors about your behavior spreading across the land. He’ll remind you that bearing a crown comes with heavy responsibility.
You’ll thank him for the warning and ask if he can be a bit more specific about the rumors. Lafayette will calmly say that half of the rumors are simple gossiping. You will quickly assume what the gossip is. Still, you won’t be offended by it since you aren’t actually Marie. Shortly after, Lafayette will thank you for dancing with him, before taking his leave.

If you choose to reply playfully, you will make a witty remark.
This will leave Lafayette completely speechless. You will then add it wasn’t you, but the people of France who gave him the title of “the man that every lady desires”. You’ll also suggest he tells all of them to behave.
He’ll then warn you about the rumors that are spreading across the land. You’ll quickly reply he judged you based on rumors alone instead of trying to get to know you better. This will leave Lafayette speechless, and your words will earn you some Goodwill with him.
After thinking for a while, Lafayette will admit he was wrong about you, and he will ask you to forgive him. He’ll also say that from now on, he’ll try to get to know you better.
You will calmly reply it’s not his fault that the people of France think ill of you. You’ll also thank him for being willing to hear you out and get to know you properly. Lafayette will simply say he’s undeserving of your thanks.
Needless to say, his sincerity will only make you like him more. You’ll tell him you are very glad you’ll finally get to know each other. He’ll nod and say that the feeling is mutual. This is when you’ll finally see Lafayette smiling.
For some reason, his smile will make your heart pound faster, and for the rest of the night, everything else will be blurry.
