Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Queen Marie Chapter 1 Stage 13 of Dress up Time Princess. Previously, you spoke with the King about the whole situation surrounding the diamond necklace and decided to investigate the matter yourself. Thankfully, both Fersen and Lafayette agreed to help you with the investigation. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth. The stage window will display all the relevant information. Hit Start when you are ready to begin.
The King will inform you that he has arranged for a mysterious person to help you with the investigation. Apparently, this person worked on numerous external affairs and is usually not in the palace, which is why you’ll have to go to Paris to meet with him. Needless to say, you will have to be very discreet about this operation.
Still, if that person is so mysterious, how will you find him? Thankfully, the King will give you a precise set of instructions and he will make sure you repeat every step back to him flawlessly. He’ll also inform you that he asked Madam Deniau to prepare clothes for you.
For this occasion, you should pick the clothes with Cooling and Perky tags.
Before leaving, you will ask the King if you can take Gabrielle with you. He will say he wouldn’t trust Gabrielle to keep you safe. Also, he would prefer it if you could keep this investigation a secret. You will then be able to choose a person to accompany you. The options are either Fersen or Lafayette.
If you choose Fersen, you will instantly gain some Goodwill with him. Louis XVI won’t object, and he will let you ask Count Fersen to escort you. He will advise you to rest for a while until Fersen arrives. You will nod before leaving his study.
The next day, you will set off on a secret trip to Paris, accompanied by Fersen. While sitting in a carriage near him, he will tell you he is very happy you chose him to go with you. You will notice his adorable blue eyes shining like a pair of stars, and you will feel enchanted just by looking at him.
Fersen will admit that he sometimes feels helpless when he sees you suffering and he’s unable to do anything for you. You will tell him that he already helped you a lot and will ask him not to worry too much. You will also remind him he stood up for you when the King was questioning you, and are very grateful for it.
He’ll sternly reply with a voice full of determination that no matter what happens, you can always count on his support. Your heart will start beating faster just by hearing Fersen say these words. You will thank him for being so kind and loyal to you.
Fersen will kindly smile at you and say you are worth everything that is good in this world. Once again, you will blush at his compliments. He will also make a witty remark in order to make you smile.
You will promise him you will always be his princess, and he will always be your Fersen. Once he hears you say these words, Fersen will admit he is longing to kiss you. He will gently lean towards you, and a moment before your lips connect, the carriage will stop, and you’ll arrive at the inn.
Fersen will gently take your hand and help you get off the carriage. Once you enter the inn, you will notice that the place is very noisy and full of people. The innkeeper will instantly spot the beautiful and noble lady entering his establishment, and he will be sure to welcome you.
Before you get to reply, Fersen will interrupt the innkeeper. You will notice a trace of jealousy in his voice. You will thank him for being protective and say that you are fine. The innkeeper will apologize and promise to watch his manners. Fersen will gaze at you and throw you a flying kiss. Needless to say, your face will turn completely red.
You will remember the King’s instructions. You will need to order a glass of red wine and sit at table 5. You’ll quickly order the wine and ask the innkeeper to point you at table 5. He will give you a strange look before showing you where the table is.
You will quietly sit at the table, but for quite a while, no customer will approach you. Fersen will use the opportunity to flirt with you. You will remind him that you are on a serious errand, and he will quickly apologize for teasing you.
Moments later, an interesting looking person will approach your table. Once again, Fersen will act very protectively. The unknown person will just laugh at him and ask him to calm down.
Fersen will turn to you and ask what to do next. You will think for a while before making a decision.
If you decide to say the secret code, you will quickly speak the words Louis XVI instructed you to say. The lady will give you a strange look before starting to laugh. Moments later, you will get a reply.
This is when you will realize that the person in front of you is the one Louis XVI asked you to meet with. The lady will address you as “little bird”. Once again, Fersen will sternly stand to your defense. Apparently, this mysterious person knows very well who Fersen is.
After a short while, Fersen will lower his guard and let you speak with the lady while he stands guard to ensure no one comes near. Before you start discussing the matter, you will learn that the lady’s name is d’Eon, also known as “Madame Beaumont”.
If you decide to say that you are waiting for someone, the lady will say that everyone knows that table 5 is Madame Beaumont’s table. You will nod and say that you are indeed looking for that lady. Shortly after, you will realize that the person in front of you is the one you’re looking for and you will quickly speak the secret code.
After getting the reply, you will then learn that the lady’s name is d’Eon. You’ll then decide to talk about the whole situation.
If you choose to take Lafayette along, you will instantly gain some Goodwill with him. The King will highly approve of your decision, and he will add that Lafayette is very loyal and reliable, as well as skilled in swordsmanship. He will ask you to rest for a while before traveling to Paris.
The next day, you will find yourself in a carriage with Lafayette. You will notice that he is looking at you suspiciously, but you won’t be able to figure out what he is thinking about. You’ll then decide to be honest and tell him what’s on your mind.
He will quickly say he is just surprised you chose him as your escort. You will sigh in relief and smile at him while admitting you thought he hated you so much that he is unhappy about going out with you. Lafayette will sternly reply that he could never hate you.
You will bluntly ask him is it only because you are the Queen, but sadly, you won’t get a reply. You will ask if he remembers the day you asked him to attend the costume ball. He will simply nod and say yes. You will then ask if he attended the ball. Lafayette will say he did, but he will be surprised you know that and will ask if you were also at the ball.
You will cheekily respond that it doesn’t matter how you found it out. You will remind him he promised to fulfill your request if you managed to recognize him. You will tell him you wish to make use of that and you’ll ask him to tell you what he is thinking. He will look at you curiously and ask why you are so interested in his thoughts. He will also make a bold assumption.
You will sit silently, thinking about his question. Unfortunately, before getting the chance to respond, he will interrupt the awkward silence and ask you to forget what he just asked. For a while, he will avoid looking at you before he finally decides to speak. He will say that you reminded him of the lady he met at the costume ball.
Lafayette will then describe the lady he danced with. He will mention that she accidentally stepped on his foot while dancing, just like you. You will smile and ask if he is thinking about her. Stern Marquis will finally admit that he cannot stop thinking about the mysterious lady.
This is when you will realize he is deeply in love with the lady he met at the ball. Unconsciously, you will lean towards him and softly speak his name.
Sadly, the carriage will stop, and Lafayette will say that you arrived at your destination. Suddenly, he will revert back to his usual stern self, and he won’t mention the topic again. Upon entering the inn, you will quickly realize that the place is very crowded and noisy. The innkeeper will notice a nice lady entering his establishment, and he will greet you warmly.
Lafayette will quickly ask him to watch his manner. The innkeeper will look at the Marquis before backing off and apologizing. At that moment, you will notice that Lafayette’s face has gone red, but you will suppress the urge to ask him about it. You will look around the inn and recall the King’s instructions.
You’ll ask the innkeeper for a glass of red wine and to point you to table 5. He will give you a strange look before directing you to the table.
You will wait for quite some time, but unfortunately, no one will approach the table. Lafayette will calmly say that he shall send you back to the palace once the night falls. You will notice that he took the matter of your safety quite seriously.
Moments later, you will hear someone laughing. A strange-looking lady will approach your table and greet you before asking to share the table with you.
Lafayette will instantly stand in front of you, ready for anything. He will insist that the lady reveals her identity. The mysterious person will laugh at him saying that the question was directed at you. Lafayette will give you a questioning look and ask if you think this is the person you’re looking for.

Unfortunately, you won’t be certain about it. You will think for a while before deciding what to do.
If you choose to say the secret code, you will quickly speak the words the King instructed you. The lady will look at you before bursting into laughter. You will then get a response.
The lady will admit that teasing you was very amusing. Lafayette will quickly step in, demanding that the lady show some respect to you. You will then realize that the mysterious person already knows who Lafayette is.
Lafayette will ask the lady to keep your identities a secret. Thankfully, that won’t be a problem. The Marquis will then decide to stand guard while the two of you have a conversation.
You will learn that this mysterious person is called d’Eon, but also goes by “Madame Beaumont”.
If you say that you are waiting for someone, the lady will smile and say that everyone knows that table 5 is Madame Beaumont’s table. You will recall the King’s instructions and realize that this is the person you’re looking for.
You’ll nod and say you’re waiting for this lady. The mysterious person will look at you and ask why you aren’t letting her sit with you. Lafayette will be a bit more direct with his question.
The lady will nod and say that you’ve found the person you’re looking for. You will immediately speak the words the King instructed you to say. After responding to your secret code, you will learn that the lady’s real name is d’Eon.
You will then say you want d’Eon to investigate something for you. Madame Beaumont will simply nod and listen. You will then recall everything that has happened so far, and tell d’Eon about it all, without missing out any details. After hearing you out, d’Eon will ask you a question.
You will nod and add that no one else knows about this. Needless to say, Madame Beaumont will agree to keep it a secret before asking you about the item that the suspect dropped. You will then give d’Eon the watch you found in the gardens.
Before leaving the inn, you will say you are handing the matter over to d’Eon since he’s the only one you can rely on. He will be a bit surprised that you’re placing so much trust in him before promising not to let you down. He will advise you to go back to the palace and wait for news.
Shortly after, Queen Marie Chapter 1 Stage 13 of Dress up Time Princess will conclude. You will receive the rewards for completing the stage.
