Madam Poppy Pomfrey
Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery
Madam Poppy Pomfrey is the matron of the Hogwarts’ Hospital Wing. Having held that position for over 25 years shows that she is a very competent and caring nurse. She may seem strict at times, especially to visitors but that is only because she wants her patients to have complete peace and quiet while they recover. In Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, Ben remarks how her bedside manner could use some work. But after talking to Madam Pomfrey and performing some minor tasks for her, you learn that is not the case.
As a young woman, she excelled at healing magic, which would later turn out to be her area of expertise. She also proved her bravery and skill by fighting in the Battle of Hogwarts, the final battle of the Second Wizard War. In addition to healing the wounded and tending to their injuries, she also fought a Death Eater in a duel and emerged victorious.
Not much is known about Madam Pomfrey’s life after final battle. It is presumed she continued her work in the field of healing magic.

- Episkey learned in chapter 8
Chapter 4: Madam Pomfrey will be there when you go to visit Ben after his incident with the Cursed Ice. She will be reluctant to allow visitors as always, but you she will allow a brief visit in your case.
Chapter 6: Madam Pomfrey was impressed by your last visit and has requested to see you. She requires your help, as she is running low on supplies and needs Scarab Beetles. Simply head over to the Potions Classroom and search for the beetles. Professor Snape will be there as well, but being his usual grumpy self will not help you. If you complete this task successfully, Madam Pomfrey will award you with 20 House Points.
Chapter 8: Since you already helped Madam Pomfrey twice already, she started relying on you for help. This time, she called you in to help her research anything related to sleepwalking incidents in the past to help a current patient of hers. Once you complete that, she will teach you Episkey, a healing charm so that you can tend to some of the patients since the hospital wing is almost full and she cannot handle everything herself. After you complete both of these tasks for Madam Pomfrey, she will award you another 20 House Points. Your hard work in the hospital will surely pay off!
