Complete Walkthrough
Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Shadows of London Stage 1-14 of Dress up Time Princess. During the previous stage, Madam Petit planned to take you out shopping for a new outfit. Unfortunately, she couldn’t go with you due to a problem with the column at the papers. However, she allowed you to go shopping on your own, so you used the opportunity to investigate Petticoat Lane Market. You managed to convince Jack to take you there, and after looking around for a while, you spotted Priscilla Barnet. You followed her and saw her entering an old house near the end of an alley. You gathered up your courage to knock on the door, and after using your wit to convince the man guarding the door you are one of the new members, you managed to get in. Inside, you met Priscilla, and she informed you that you’ll need to go through the guiding ceremony before you can become a member of the Scarlet Rose Club. Furthermore, you are soon to meet with the Baroness, who is the messenger of the High God and leader of the club. The stage window will display all the relevant information, so hit Start when you are ready to begin.
Priscilla will take you down a long and dark corridor. After a while, you will arrive at a tightly shut door. She will take a deep breath before knocking on the door. Upon entering the room you will notice that all of the windows are covered with dark red curtains. You’ll spot a figurine in the center of the room.
You will also notice a few young people kneeling around the figurine, holding bones and red petals in their hands. An unfamiliar, cold voice will snap you from your thoughts. You’ll turn around and spot a thin woman sitting in a corner. Priscilla will tell you that the woman is the Baroness.
The Baroness will ask her about you. Priscilla will say that your name is Caroline Rayes. She’ll explain that you recently arrived in London from Hampshire. Other than that, she will mention that you are very loyal and innocent, and deserving of being protected by the High God.
The Baroness will ask you to lift your head, so that she could have a good look at you. You will do as she asks and look her in the eyes. She will chuckle and point out you are incredibly beautiful.
She will stand up and slowly walk towards you. Upon getting close, she will suddenly grab your hand and lift it to her nose. Needless to say, you will find it very weird. She’ll then point out that your hand is bleeding. You will notice a single drop of blood on a spot where the rose thorn pricked you.
The Baroness will hold your hand tightly, preventing you from pulling it away. She’ll say that your blood has a strange aura to it. She will wipe off the drop of blood and drag it across your palm, which will leave a thin, red streak. You will quickly pull back your hand and say that you can clean it yourself.
She will ask if you’ve come across anything strange lately. You will wonder if she knows anything about you getting assaulted on the street. You’ll decide to tell her that the strangest thing you know is the mysterious epidemic. You will also say that you’ve been feeling uneasy ever since you learned about it.
The Baroness will laugh and say that the city is full of sin. According to her, the epidemic is something humans have brought upon themselves. She’ll say she believes you are an innocent child, just like the other members of the club.
She will slowly circle around you and place her pale, thin hands on your shoulders. She’ll then turn you towards the figurine. You will take a look and notice that it resembles a person wearing a long cloak and holding a staff shaped like a branch. You’ll also spot a pile of bones at the feet of the statue. You’ll ask if it represents the High God.
The Baroness will nod and say that the High God was born when mortals started facing disaster in the early days after the creation. He used ancient magic to save everyone, but the ungrateful humans were cruel to him and forced him out into the wilderness. Without the protection of god, humans started confusing good and evil, and disasters started happening. Still, with the approaching apocalypse, the High God decided to return and punish all those who have betrayed him, while saving the ones with pure and innocent souls.
You will ask the High God will protect you. Priscilla will tell you to cast away your doubts, since you only have one chance. The Baroness will chuckle and tell her to give you the “prayer water”.
Priscilla will take out a small glass vial filled with colorful, mysterious liquid and say it is a gift from the High God. She will tell you to drink the “prayer water” and officially become a member of the Scarlet Rose Club.
You will ask if the “prayer water” is some kind of special medicine. The Baroness will say that the ways of the High God are mysterious. She will tell you to drink up and leave behind sickness, sorrow, and pain by becoming one of the High God’s children.
You will think for a moment before deciding whether to drink the “prayer water” or not. This decision will drastically impact the story.
If you refuse to drink, you will tell them you won’t drink the “prayer water” unless they tell you what it is. Priscilla will be shocked to hear that. She will say that drinking the “prayer water” is an important part of the guiding ceremony, and she will scold you for doubting the High God.
You’ll ask her to let you go and give you some time to think about it. Priscilla will look at you in disbelief and say that you’re not a devout follower of the High God.
Before you get a chance to say anything, the Baroness will tell you that the High God has no need for cowardly followers. Also, given that you were unable to demonstrate your devotion to the High God, she will decide to treat you as an intruder. You will try to explain that you won’t reveal anything about the club to anyone.
Unfortunately, your pleas will fall on deaf ears. The Baroness will say that the scheming traitors deserve no second chances. She will order her followers to throw you into the dungeon, where you will await punishment by the High God on the night of the full moon.
You will take a look at the Priscilla as you get dragged away. Sadly, she will just turn her face away and refuse to even look at you. This will lead to one of the bad endings of the story.
If you choose to drink the “prayer water”, you will figure out you need to do that in order to gain their trust. You’ll take the vial, and empty it in one gulp.
You will notice a satisfying look on Priscilla’s face. She will then turn towards the statue and start making some strange gestures while chanting. You will do the same and repeat after her.
Shortly after, the ceremony will be completed. Priscilla will congratulate you and say that you are an official member of the Scarlet Rose Club. You will ask her if you should keep the club’s existence a secret from other people.
She will warn you that anyone who leaks any information, or misses a ceremony, will be punished by the High God. In other words, you should definitely not talk about the club to anyone.
You’ll tell her there’s nothing to worry about. Priscilla will inform you that everyone in the club will be performing an important ritual on the night of the next full moon. It will give you the chance to see the High God and listen to his teachings.
You will ask if the High God will really descend upon the mortal realm. The Baroness will simply tell you to wait patiently. She will also say that by drinking the “prayer water”, you’ve become connected to the High God’s blood, which means that he will be able to sense your presence, no matter where you are.
Shortly after, you will leave the room and start heading back. Suddenly, you will feel dizzy, and you’ll almost fall. You will tell Priscilla you aren’t feeling well, and you’ll ask her if it has anything to with the “prayer water”.
She will tell you that everyone experiences some temporary symptoms the first time they drink the “prayer water”. Apparently, mere mortals find it hard to adapt to it right away, since it is a blessing from the High God.
You will ask her if that really is the case. Priscilla will explain that London is full of evil, and the “prayer water” allows the members of the club to be free of corruption. She will point out that none of them have been infected, which pretty much proves her words.
Not long after that, you will leave the place. Upon exiting the club, you will notice that the sky is already dark. Thankfully, you will start feeling a bit better. As you start walking back, you will hear hushed voices from a corner of the street. Some of the club members will talk about the full moon ritual. One of them will have a bad feeling about it.
The other member will say that they don’t really have a choice, since anyone who ran away was never seen again. As it seems, some of the members have only joined the club to get a cure for the disease. You will also hear that the “prayer water” has an exhausting effect on others as well.
Upon returning to Madam Petit’s residence, you will sneak into your room through the greenhouse. You will figure out that telling Jack not to wait for you was a good idea.
You will still feel a bit dizzy, so you will get into bed and quickly fall asleep. Once again, you will dream of the past. You will find yourself walking through overgrown scrubland alongside your father, looking for your mother.
You will spot someone behind a nearby tree. Your father will call out to the person. Suddenly, you will notice that his voice is trembling. He will stand on the spot, shielding you. Moments later, you will see your mother. She will ask you to stay where you are.
Upon taking a look at her, you will see that her feet are bare, her hair all messed up, and her clothes will look tattered and bloody. Your father will ask her to calm down and come home. She will tell him that she cannot live with the two of you anymore.
You will hear her sobbing, and you will ask why she is standing so far away. You’ll let go of your father’s hand and start running towards her. She will yell at you to go back to your father.
Once you get closer, you will see her dropping a heavy object from her hands. Upon taking a look at her, you will notice that her eyes are blood red, and you will see blood dripping from the corner of her mouth. Near her feet, you will spot a motionless rabbit and a pool of red liquid.

You will wake up screaming. Your eyes will sting, and you’ll feel as if you’re burning. Also, the thirst for blood will start rising within you. You will suppress the urge with every bit of strength you have, and move towards the mirror. You’ll notice that you look very green and sickly, but other than that, your eyes and skin won’t show any signs of the disease.
Somehow, you will manage to fall asleep again, and once you wake up, you will be back to normal. You will wonder if the sensations you experienced during the night were caused by the “prayer water”.
After thinking for a while, you will decide to talk about it with someone. One person will instantly come to your mind. This decision will heavily impact the story.
If you choose Vincent, you will recall him frequenting Eastern District and talking about fake medicines at the ball. He was also the one to see right through the street vendor. Selecting this option will unlock Stage 1-15 upon completing the stage.
If you choose Edward, you will decide to talk to him and see if he might be able to figure out what the “prayer water” is. Picking this option will unlock Stage 1-16 upon completing the stage.
This will mark the end of Shadows of London Stage 1-15 of Dress up Time Princess. You will receive rewards for completing the stage.
