Shadows of London Stage 1-18
Complete Walkthrough
Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Shadows of London Stage 1-18 of Dress up Time Princess. During the previous stage, you received a note from the Scarlet Rose Club. The note had information about the full moon ritual as well as the location of it. After thinking about it for a moment, you decided to sneak out and attend the ritual. After arriving at the destination, you realized that the ritual was being held at the abandoned graveyard. Priscilla was also there, and all the members of the Scarlet Rose Club gathered around the bonfire to take part in the ritual. Once again, you were asked to drink the “prayer water”, and you learned that the members of the club drink it during every ritual. Needless to say, you weren’t looking forward to it, so you secretly poured it away while no one was looking. Once you were done with the prayer, the Baroness showed up, and you noticed that something was off about her. Shortly after, she revealed that she’s a vampire, and the point of the whole ritual was to sacrifice everyone to the High God. Chaos ensued, and amidst all the panic, you somehow managed to grab Priscilla’s arm, and the two of you started running away. Unfortunately, you were intercepted by the Baroness, who was eager to end you. Thankfully, Vincent arrived just in the nick of time to save you from her. Furthermore, you realized that he’s also a vampire. However, unlike the bloodthirsty Baroness, he wasn’t there to harm you. He took you away from the ritual side, into the nearby forest. But, you are still far from being safe. Now it’s time to continue where you left off. The stage window will display all the relevant information, so hit Start when you are ready to begin.
Vincent will rush through the woods, holding you in his arms. He will run with unnaturally quick speed, and you will watch as the threes fly past you. Eventually, you will ask him the question that was on your mind ever since he saved you from the Baroness.
He will nod and ask if you are scared. You’ll say you are not, because he saved you. Vincent will tell you not to force it, since he noticed the terror all over your face. You’ll shake your head and say that he had plenty of chances to hurt you, if he wanted to do so. Still, he will warn you not to treat vampires as kind benefactors.
He’ll ask you to forget everything that happened if you manage to escape. You’ll tell him that Priscilla is still in the cemetery, and you are worried something might happen to her. Vincent will say that the Baroness is after you, which is why you shouldn’t worry much about Priscilla.
Suddenly, he will stop and start looking around. You will notice the river blocking your way, and there won’t be many trees nearby, meaning you won’t have anywhere to hide. Vincent will look very tired. He will hide his fangs, and the red will fade from his eyes. Soon enough, he will turn back to “normal”.
You will ask if he’s all right. He will tell you not to worry about him, and say that you need to get to the city as soon as possible. Suddenly, you will spot the Baroness catching up with you. She will grin wickedly and say that you cannot escape from her.
She will turn to Vincent and call him a traitor for something that happened thirteen years ago. Most interestingly, she will address him as Oliver. You’ll take a look at him, but he will simply look away. The Baroness will go on and tell him that hiding among the humans won’t erase all of the past, nor disguise his true nature. Vincent will ignore her taunts and make it clear he won’t let any harm come to you.
She will laugh at him and say that he still hasn’t learned to accept reality. She’ll despise him for loving humans and drinking the blood of drowned creatures to sustain himself. Once again, Vincent will ignore her taunts, and he’ll prepare to defend against her.
The Baroness will decide to punish Vincent for his arrogance. Suddenly, a few pale-faced people will emerge from the trees and start approaching you. You will immediately recognize they are some of the club members who took part in the ritual. However, you will notice there’s something wrong with them.
Their faces will look expressionless, and their eyes will look devoid of life. Other than that, you will notice the fresh blood on their necks. Vincent will say that they’ve been turned. He’ll explain that those people are neither humans nor vampires.
They will continue getting closer, and Vincent will ask you to get behind him. As soon as you do, he will let out a whistle, and moments later, a murder of crows will start descending from the trees. Since you’ll be completely shielded, you won’t be able to see much.
The Baroness will laugh at his efforts to protect you, and she’ll say that you are a perfect vessel. Apparently, she wants to offer you to the Elder and revive the Blood Clan. Unfortunately, you won’t have the slightest idea what she is talking about.
Vincent will be very determined to protect you, but you will notice the strength slowly fading away from him. You’ll figure out that the Baroness is after you, so you will let go of his hand and start dashing into the woods. You will hear Vincent yelling for you to come back, but you won’t turn around.
After running for a while, you will decide to hide behind a large tree. It won’t be long until you hear the Baroness’ cold cackle. You’ll try your best to calm down, hold your breath, and focus on figuring out where she is. You’ll hear her explaining the plan to use you as the Elder’s vessel.
Soon enough, you will hear the footsteps getting closer and closer, but you will be too afraid to move. The Baroness will cackle and say that she’s already dealt with Vincent. You will figure out she’s trying to provoke you into showing yourself, so you will try your best to stay calm.
You’ll cover your nose and mouth, but it will be very hard to hide your breathing. On top of that, your heart will start pounding, and you will feel as if it’s about to burst from your chest. You’ll stand there, unsure what to do.
Suddenly, the footsteps will vanish, and the woods will once again become silent. You will wait for a while before deciding to leave your hiding place. Unfortunately, you will accidentally step on a dry twig, which will make a snapping sound.
Immediately after, a pair of hands will grab a hold of your neck. The Baroness will laugh, saying there’s no escaping her. You will struggle to try to break free, but sadly, you will find it impossible to escape her grasp.
The following section will differ, based on some of your previous choices. If you selected “The Church” during Stage 1-8, played Stage 1-9, then selected “Mr. Savile” in Stage 1-14, and “Accept his suggestion” during Stage 1-15, the Baroness will cackle and say that you’ll soon go to sleep.
She’ll reveal her plan and say that once you awake, you will gain immense power. Unfortunately, you won’t be in possession of your body once that happens. She will laugh maniacally, and you will notice the look full of cruelty in her bloodred eyes. This will lead to one of the bad endings of the story.
If you’ve completed both Stage 1-15 and 1-16, you will continue struggling, but the Baroness’ grip will be too strong. She will laugh and say she is taking precautions, to prevent you from escaping.
Suddenly, you will hear a gunshot, and the Baroness will let go of your neck. She will fall backward, and as soon as she hits the ground, the black smoke will rise from her chest.
Once the smoke fades away, all that will remain of the Baroness will be a pile of decaying bones. You will stand there, completely confused about what happened. Shortly after, you will hear a familiar voice. Upon lifting your head, you will see Doctor Grey holding a silver revolver.
He will tell you that the Baroness won’t be able to hurt you anymore. As soon as you see Edward, you will start feeling safe again, and your eyes will begin tearing up.
He’ll tell you that attending the ritual wasn’t a smart thing to do. You’ll nod and admit that you were way too overconfident. Doctor Grey will say that you shouldn’t put yourself in danger and act recklessly.
You will be curious to know how he managed to find the place. You will also ask him about the gun he used to kill the vampire. He’ll say that he found out about the club after Jesse told him about a missing friend. As for the gun, he’s gotten it from his foster father, and it uses special silver bullets that are lethal to vampires.
You’ll ask him if he knew about the existence of vampires all along. Edward will nod and say that he knows some things about them, thanks to his foster father. He’ll apologize for lying to you before and explain why he had to do that.
Shortly after, you will hear Vincent calling out for you. You’ll turn around and spot him slowly walking out of the shadows. He’ll look very exhausted, and you’ll figure out that he barely made it.
He will take a look at the Baroness’ remains and notice Edward standing nearby. Suddenly, Doctor Grey will aim his revolver at him. You’ll rush and stand in front of Vincent to protect him. Edward will ask you to move aside, and he’ll warn you that Vincent is a vampire.
He will go on and say that vampires often use fake identities to look for prey. Vincent will look at him and say that he is not the only one having a secret identity. Still, Doctor Grey will warn him not to come any closer, unless he wants to suffer the same fate as the Baroness.
