Shadows of London Stage 1-21
Complete Walkthrough
Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Shadows of London Stage 1-21 of Dress up Time Princess. Previously, things slowly started returning to normal. The newspapers stopped publishing articles on the epidemic, and the social season resumed. Madam Petit informed you about the ball at Mr. Erskine’s, and she said that you are not grounded anymore. The two of you went to the ball, where you met Jesse and talked to him about some of the recent events. You learned that Edward is very busy with his work, which is why he didn’t have much time for social activities. You also met Priscilla at the ball, and she told you her father wanted to send her to the countryside. Luckily for her, Madam Petit convinced him to change his mind and let her stay in London. Not only that, but she was also allowed to continue taking etiquette lessons and partake in social activities. Priscilla also told you she wants revenge for being deceived by the Baroness, which is why she got in contact with a detective who will help her investigate vampires in London. Once the ball ended, Jesse took you back home, and upon falling asleep, you had another dream of the past. In the dream, your mother looked very much like the Baroness and Vincent. She had sharp fangs, bloodred eyes, and she even tried to attack you. Your father stopped her, and unfortunately, he was forced to put her down in order to protect you. Once you woke up, you were unsure if it was just a dream, or a memory of the past. Not long after that, Anna arrived to inform you that Jesse Lindvall suddenly got ill and passed away in Eastern District. Needless to say, you were shocked to hear that, especially since he showed no signs of illness at the ball. Now is the time to continue where you left off. The Stage window will display the requirements, rewards, and a short description. Hit Start when you are ready to begin.
Following Jesse’s death, the Lindvall family decided not to hold a proper funeral for Jesse. They chose to bury him in a hurry, early in the morning. You will still find it hard to believe that your friend passed away. You’ll keep asking Madam Petit the same question, but unfortunately, she’ll only be able to tell you what you already know.
You will say that he looked fine when he sent you home. He was cheerful and happy, and you didn’t notice anything odd about him. Madam Petit will say that the Countess told her Jesse was ill ever since he was a child. Thanks to Doctor Grey’s care, he became healthier, but unfortunately, his old illness returned during that dreadful night.
She will gently pat your back and try her best to comfort you. She’ll ask you to change into something appropriate for the burial. This time, you should select clothes and accessories with Charming and Noble tags. Yearnful Poem hat is required here. It has both the required tags, which should increase your score.
Upon arriving at the cemetery, you will notice that not many people came to see Jesse off. Many of the guests will disperse after the unusually short ceremony. You will decide to stand under a tree while your aunt goes to talk to Mr. Lindvall. You’ll hear a few people whispering to each other nearby. One lady will say that Jesse ran into thieves in Eastern District.
Another person will say that he got infected with a horrible disease in Eastern District. According to some of the rumors, his body laid on the street all night, until it was discovered by some children in the morning. Other rumors say that Jesse’s eyes were bloodred, just like those of the people infected by the strange disease.
The man will say that the Lindvall family is most likely trying to hide those things, which is why they decided not to hold a proper funeral for their son. All in all, none of those people will seem particularly fond of Jesse, and they won’t seem to care at all about him.
Upon hearing all those insults, you won’t be able to contain yourself from snapping at them. You’ll adamantly defend your late friend and say he was a true gentleman, unlike all of them.
The man will call you rude for eavesdropping on their conversation. Before you get the chance to talk back, Madam Petit will stop you and say it is disrespectful to the dead to argue with people at a funeral.
You will tell her it is just not fair. On top of everything that happened, those people had the nerve to casually insult your late friend. Madam Petit will simply say that London is like that. She’ll ask you to find a deserted spot and wait for her while she goes to comfort the Countess.
You’ll walk back to Jesse’s grave. No one else will be there, so you will decide to talk to your late friend. With eyes full of tears, you will say how much you miss him, and tell him you hope he is in heaven.
Suddenly, you will hear a familiar voice behind you. You’ll turn around and spot Doctor Grey standing nearby. He will slowly approach and place a bouquet of lilac on Jesse’s grave. The two of you will nod at one another and silently stand there for a while. You will notice a short epitaph carved on Jesse’s tombstone.
Upon reading it, you’ll figure out it sounds like something Jesse would have written. Edward will nod and say that his friend did write it himself. He’ll say that the first time he met Jesse, he was chronically ill, and had been talking about his own death ever since he was a child.
You’ll ask him if he knows what really happened the night his friend passed away. You will say that Jesse was heading to the Eastern District to look for him, and he looked very healthy the last you saw him.
Edward will be shocked to hear that. Apparently, he wasn’t even aware Jesse was looking for him that night. You will say Jesse was worried he wouldn’t be able to hire a carriage in the storm, which is why he wanted to send him back.
Doctor Grey will say he wasn’t aware of that. He’ll say that he went home as soon as the weather changed. He’ll wonder if things would’ve played out differently had he decided to stay. You will notice a lot of frustration in his voice, and he will regret not being there to protect his friend.
You will ask if Jesse was hurt by someone. Edward will assume you probably heard all sorts of rumors by now. He’ll say that Jesse’s body did show some strange symptoms. You will ask him about it. He’ll go on and say those symptoms were the ones you both saw on the infected.
You’ll be shocked to hear that. You will ask if he suspects a vampire attacked Jesse. Edward will nod and say he is quite sure of it, since he checked his friend’s body earlier in the morning. He will ask if you saw Mr. Savile after the incident at the graveyard.
You will shake your head and say that Vincent couldn’t possibly be the one who attacked Jesse. Edward will remind you that vampires are not to be trusted. Once they reveal their true selves, they cannot be reasoned with. It is simply in their nature.
Still, you will refuse to believe that Vincent could be the one responsible for what happened to Jesse. Edward will point out that Mr. Savile was injured badly during that night, which means he might’ve not been able to suppress his nature.
You’ll fail to see any reason for him to attack Jesse. Doctor Grey will tell you that Eastern District is a natural hunting grounds for vampires, since countless people die there every day. He’ll say it is possible Vincent ran into Jesse while he was overcome by bloodthirst.
You’ll point out that Vincent probably isn’t the only vampire in London. There are likely many others who are hiding. Edward will nod and say he doesn’t have any solid evidence. Still, at least to him, the theory makes the most sense. He’ll add that vampires prefer young and beautiful prey, which is why the Baroness recruited all those young nobles.
On top of that, in case Jesse recognized him, Vincent would have a reason to silence him. All those words will stab your heart like a sharp knife. Your eyes will start tearing up again, and you will say you have to find out the truth. However, you will refuse to believe Vincent was the one responsible for Jesse’s death, especially since he was the one who saved your life.
Doctor Grey will apologize for saying all those things without considering how you feel. Still, he will warn you to be careful if you see Vincent again, and he’ll ask you to tell him if that happens. He’ll say that he wants to talk to Mr. Savile in person to find out the truth.
Not long after that, he will leave the place. You’ll stand there for a while longer, when suddenly, you will notice a few crows flying out of the trees in the nearby woods. You’ll find it odd that they are only circling about near the cemetery instead of flying away.
Moments later, you will spot a figure looking very much like Vincent passing by. You’ll quickly pull up your skirt and start running after the figure. After a while, you will arrive at a dilapidated house. You will call out for Vincent and ask him to show himself.
After a short while, he will emerge from the shadows, looking a lot healthier than the last time you saw him. He will say he is doing well, and add that he had to do something despicable to heal his wounds, which is why he avoided you recently.
You will spot a trace of blood near his mouth, and you’ll wonder if what Edward said earlier was true. You will think for a moment before deciding what to do.
Believe in VincentIf you choose to believe in Vincent, you will decide to place your faith in him, and directly ask what he meant. Selecting this option will earn you some Goodwill with Vincent.
You will take a few steps closer, but he will just back away into the shadows. He’ll tell you to stay away from him. Upon asking him why, he’ll say he was hiding in the woods, and feeding on wild animals. You’ll notice he is ashamed of what he needed to do to sustain himself.
You will figure out he is tormented by having to feed on wild animals. Once again, you will slowly approach him and gently stroke his head. You’ll tell him he has a heart full of compassion, which is very human. You will say he isn’t that much different from you.
Back to Previous ChoiceIf you choose to question Vincent, you will ask him to tell you what he was doing recently. You’ll try to keep your distance from him, and you will notice a disappointment in his eyes. He’ll tell you he’s been struggling to survive. You’ll ask if he was hiding in the Eastern District. Instead of answering your question, Vincent will directly ask if you think he has something to do with Jesse’s death.
This will leave you completely speechless, and you won’t know how to answer his question. After a few moments of awkward silence, Vincent will say he understands why you are afraid. Still, he’ll admit he hoped you would have more faith in him.
He’ll explain that he’s been hiding in the woods and feeding on wild animals to survive. Upon hearing that, you will feel ashamed for suspecting he had anything to do with Jesse’s death.
You will apologize for doubting him. He will look at you and simply say that vampires and humans are natural enemies. You’ll try walking towards him, but he will quickly back away into the shadows.

Vincent will say he overheard your conversation with Doctor Grey. He’ll tell you he wants to clear his name and prove he wasn’t the one responsible for what happened to Jesse. He’ll explain he came to the graveyard because he wants to investigate the matter.
You will tell him Edward suspects Jesse was killed by a vampire. Vincent will say he doesn’t know if that is true or not. Still, he will be quite certain that the epidemic hasn’t vanished from London yet.
You will ask if he thinks the Baroness still holds some sort of influence in London. You’ll also ask if he knows about the “Elder” she talked about. Vincent will say it isn’t the time to pursue those matters. Still, you will be determined to know, so you’ll ask him to tell you everything.
You’ll also point out that he is fighting an extremely powerful organization on his own, and you will offer to help him in any way you can. Vincent will be moved by your words, and he’ll say you are the first one to offer help to him, ever since he lost Hawke.
You’ll be curious to know who this Hawke is. Vincent will explain he was his companion. Both of them were under Elder’s control, and they were looking for a way to escape. You will notice his eyes glinting with cold fury while mentioning the Elder. He’ll go on and say that London has been part of the Elder’s territory for a few centuries.
Around fifty years ago, Vincent came to London after wandering the wilderness for a long time. Unfortunately, he got trapped by the Elder, and forced to become his servant. You’ll ask him to tell you more. Vincent will say he was bound to the Elder by blood and forced to obey him.
On top of that, he wasn’t able to leave his territory as long as he’s alive. You will wonder how he managed to escape, and you’ll also recall the Baroness calling him a traitor. You’ll figure out that the High God she wanted to revive was in fact the Elder.
Vincent will just stay silent for a while before saying he risked everything to start a war. The Blood Clan paid a high price for that war. The Elder was seriously injured, and has been missing after those events. Vincent will go on and say he was looking for the Elder ever since he disappeared.
You’ll ask if the epidemic has anything to do with the Elder. Vincent will shake his head and say that the epidemic appeared after he got separated from Hawke. You’ll ask if perhaps Hawke lost his senses and started terrorizing the people of London.
He will tell you that is not possible, because the vampire victims always die instantaneously. On the other hand, the symptoms of the infected people are similar to the corpses that haven’t been fully turned into vampires.
You’ll recall hearing the Baroness saying something similar. You’ll assume there is another hidden organization responsible for the epidemic, and Jesse’s death. You will ask Vincent to find the truth together.
He will shake his head and say he wants you to leave London as soon as possible. According to him, you are in great danger, because some of the Elder’s underlings are still watching you.
You will remember the Baroness saying you are a perfect “vessel”, and you’ll ask Vincent to explain it. He’ll say he doesn’t know what she meant by that. However, he’ll say he can smell something of the Blood Clan from you. He will point out that you are definitely not a vampire, so there is only one logical explanation.
You will hold your breath and wait nervously for his answer. After thinking about it for a moment, Vincent will say that you are a child of a human and a vampire. You will tell him you guessed that a while ago and say that your mother was a vampire.
You’ll ask him if half of your blood is the same as his. He will tell you not to worry, and reassure you that you won’t turn into a blood-drinking monster. He will also advise you to keep your secret, so that you won’t get discovered by the members of the Blood Clan.
That was basically the reason why he wants you to leave London. You’ll ask him what would happen if they find out about you. Vincent will explain that the Blood Clan increases their powers by feeding on their own kind. However, anyone who would do that would risk triggering a war.
On the other hand, you are almost entirely helpless against their attack, and your body holds considerable power. In other words, you are the perfect meal for any Blood Clan member. You will notice Vincent’s eyes glowing passionately. You won’t be entirely sure if he is only trying to warn you.
Suddenly, you will hear the death knell sounds from the church. You will turn away towards the sound, and moments later, you will realize that Vincent is nowhere to be seen.
This will conclude Shadows of London Stage 1-21 of Dress up Time Princess. You will receive rewards for completing the stage.
Will you listen to Vincent’s warning and leave London for good? Or will you stay determined to solve the whole mystery? Find out in the next stage!
