Nowhere House part 2
Complete Walkthrough
Hello everyone and welcome to the Part 2 of our walkthrough for “Nowhere House” an escape room game created by the Dark Dome. Nowhere House is the third game in the series, and like the other games, the story is set in Hidden Town, which is filled with all kinds of mysteries. In this walkthrough, we will show you how to solve all the puzzles and finish the game.
At the end of the first part, Adria entered into the Magician’s world.
Tap on the Magician to talk to him.
The magician will say that his name is Delian, and he wants us to help him by retrieving his hat. He can’t provide us with more information, besides saying that he can’t leave, but he will help us if we find his hat and bring it back to him.
Ok, with this we unlocked the third world. So, we can now switch between Adria’s (our), Meridia’s (blue-haired woman), and Delian’s (the Magician) world, by tapping on the icons in the lower-left corner. For now, let’s explore Delian’s world a bit, by going to the room on the right.
Tap on the cabinet to take a closer look at it, then tap on both cabinet doors to open them.
Tap on the ball inside the cabinet to pick it up and a “Crystal Ball” will be added to your inventory.
Let’s go downstairs.
Tap on the blue brick to take a closer look at it, then tap again to remove it.
Tap on the empty space and you will discover another owl.
Ok, let’s go to the second room on the right.
Tap on all white drawers to open them, and inside the two of them, you will find the hints. So, we have two hints in Delian’s world, one in Meridia’s world, and one in Adria’s world. So, we can solve the puzzle that involves these symbols.
NOTE: You might get different symbols in your game, but you can discover the correct symbols by following this guide.
Ok, the first symbol is in Meridia’s world, so let’s go there and start writing down these symbols.
To get to the room with the white drawers, go through the brown door, then to the second room on the right.
Tap on the first drawer to take a look at it.
Let’s memorize/ write down this symbol. So,
First Symbol = Square with lower right half black (diagonally)
Ok, let’s go back to Delian’s world.
Let’s memorize/ write down the second and third symbols. So,
Second symbol = Square with the black horizontal stripe
Third symbol = Square with the black lower half
Ok, now let’s head back to our world.
To get to the room with the white drawers, head downstairs (through the hatch). Then, go to the second room on the right.
Tap on the drawer to take a closer look at the fourth symbol.
Let’s memorize/ write down the fourth symbol. So,
Fourth Symbol = Square with vertical left side painted black
Ok, let’s go to the first room on the right and use these symbols to solve the next puzzle.
Tap on the box on the top shelf to take a closer look at it.
Ok, now let’s entered the symbols by looking at the white drawers in three different worlds. So, we had
First Symbol = Square with lower right half black (diagonally)
Second symbol = Square with the black horizontal stripe (middle)
Third symbol = Square with the black lower half
Fourth Symbol = Square with vertical left side painted black
As soon as you enter the correct symbols the box will open.
Tap on the seed inside the box to pick it up and “Some Seeds” will be added to your inventory.
Ok, let’s switch to Meridia’s world.
Let’s go to the first room on the right.
Select the “Crystal Ball” from the inventory and tap to place it on the stand on the table.
After placing the crystal ball, we will see inside it what happened when Adria and her friends entered the house. Apparently, her friends just saw an empty house, while Adria saw a room filled with old things. Her friends decided to leave, but when they turned around, she was gone. Almost, as she vanished into the thin air. So, they decided to go and get help. Well, Adria was happy because at least her friends were safe.
Ok, let’s switch to Delian’s world.
Let’s keep exploring Delian’s world. Tap to open the brown door, then tap again to proceed into the next room.
Tap on the candle above the fireplace to take a closer look at it, and tap again to pick it up. and A “Candle” will be added to your inventory.
Tap on the chest on the right to open it.
Inside you’ll find two items. Tap on them to pick them up and a “Blue Key” and “Firewood” will be added to your inventory.
Let’s go to the next room on the right.
In here, you will see a creepy doll, but our character can’t reach it because she can’t open the glass display case. So, let’s go to the next room on the right.
In this room, you will see a rabbit. Select the “Carrot” from the inventory and tap on the rabbit to give it to him.
After we gave him the carrot, the rabbit hoped somewhere to the right, so let’s go to the next room on the right.
The door on the left is barred in the other two worlds, as far as I recall. So, tap on the brown/white door to open it, and tap again to proceed into the next room.
Tap on both cabinet doors to open them.
Tap on the rope to pick it up, and a “Coil of Rope” will be added to your inventory.
Ok, let’s go back to the previous room.
Ok, now let’s go back to the first room on the left, and then through the brown door. You will reach the stairs, go to the first room on the left.
Tap on the TV to take a closer look at it, and tap again on the top button to turn it on. The TV has four channels, and we can switch between them. However, we will need an antenna in order to get the picture.
Let’s switch to Adria’s world.
The key that we found can be used to unlock the drawer in the first room (the one with the front door), so let’s go there. To get to this room, go to the first room on the left, then through the brown door. You will reach the fireplace, go to the first room on the right.
First, let’s close the top drawer.
Now, select the “Blue Key” from the inventory and tap on the keyhole on the bottom drawer to unlock it.
Tap on the drawer to open it. Inside you will find two items. Tap on them to pick them up and a “Deck of Cards” and a “TV Antenna” will be added to your inventory.
Ok, since we found the TV antenna, let’s switch to Delian’s world.
Tap to take a closer look at the TV. Then, select the “TV Antenna” from the inventory and tap above the TV to place it.
As soon as you placed the TV antenna, the image appeared on the second channel (the second channel is the default setting if you didn’t push the buttons). In this image, we can see the rabbit with the carrot, and he is standing outside, next to the well. So, we should go after it. But first, let’s do something else.
We also found the “Deck of Cards” so let’s give it to Delian. To get to Delian, go to the first room on the right, then up the stairs. When you reach the attic, go to the first room on the left.
Select the “Deck of Cards” from the inventory and tap on Delian to give him the cards.
Delian will perform a magic trick, drawing the four cards from the deck and showing them to you. Tap on the cards to take a closer look at them. It’s just four cards, so let’s memorize/write them down. Starting from left to right we have,
First = 2 of Clubs
Second = Ace of Hearts
Third = 8 of Diamonds
Fourth = 4 of Spades
NOTE: In your game, Delian might show you the different cards.
Ok, now let’s go to the first room on the left and use this information.
Tap on the brown box to take a closer look at it.
Enter the cards that Delian showed you. We had,
First = 2 of Clubs
Second = Ace of Hearts
Third = 8 of Diamonds
Fourth = 4 of Spades
As soon as you enter the correct cards you will hear the clicking sound and the box will open.
Inside the box, you will see two items. Tap on them to pick them up and a “Lighter” and a “Black Key” will be added to your inventory.
Well, we can light the candle right away, so let’s do that. Select the “Lighter” from the inventory and tap on the candle. You will get a “Lit Candle”.
Let’s switch to Adria’s world.
Ok, the “Black Key” that we picked up unlocks the door to the outside. This door is located in a room filled with candles. To get to this room, go to the first room on the right, then through the brown door, and you will reach the stairs. Then, go to the first room on the right.
Select the “Black Key” from the inventory and tap on the keyhole on the white door to unlock it.
Tap on the white door to open in and tap again to go outside.
Tap on the rabbit.
It will go to the left, so let’s follow it.
Tap on the rabbit again, and he will hide behind the rock.
Tap on the rock to look behind it.
Well, it seems that the rabbit magically disappeared, but there’s a note behind the rock. Tap on the note to examine it.
This note is a hint, which means that we can find the location of the rabbit and follow it by switching the channels on the TV.
Tap on the far left side of the top branch of the white tree and you will discover another Owl.
Ok, let’s go two more times to the left.
Tap on the brush with berries to take a closer look at it.
Behind the brush, you will see a frog. Tap on it to pick it up and a “Frog” will be added to your inventory.
Ok, let’s go to the right, and back into the building through the white doors.
We should now go to the room with the fireplace. To get there, go to the first room to the left and then through the brown doors.
Let’s start the fire. First select the “Cauldron” from the inventory and tap on the pipe, close to the chimney, to hang it.
Next, select the “Firewood” from the inventory and tap on the spot below the cauldron to place it.
Finally, select the “Lighter” from the inventory and tap on the firewood to start a fire. Here, the idea is to cook the tuna in the cauldron. That should produce a strong scent that should draw in the cat. However, we can’t open the “Can of Tuna” without the can opener.
Let’s go to Meridia’s world.
In this world, we should also go to the room with the fireplace. To get there, go to the first room on the left, and then through the brown door.
Tap on the fireplace to take a closer look at it, then tap again to look through the chimney.
Here, we can find another Owl.
Let’s go to Delian’s world, and check the channels on the TV.
To get to the room with the TV, go one room to the right, and then downstairs (through the hatch). Once you get downstairs, go to the first room on the left.
Tap on the TV to take a closer look at it, then switch to the first channel (top to bottom).
We just found another owl.
Ok, let’s switch to the third channel.
We can see that the rabbit is in the bathroom. Let’s go get him.
To get to the bathroom, go to the next room on the left and then through the brown door.
After that, go to the first room on the left, and through the brown/white door.
Tap on the rabbit and he will jump into the bathtub.
Tap on the curtain to move it out of the way.
Tap on the bathtub to see if the rabbit is still in there.
Our character is confused because she clearly saw that rabbit jumped into the bathtub, but no it’s gone. She only saw a black liquid spilling into the sink.
Ok, let’s go back to the room with the TV and check channel 4. To get there, exit the bathroom, go to the first room on the left, and through the brown door. You will reach the stairs. The room with the TV is the first one on the left.
Tap on the TV, then tap on channel 4.
We can see that the rabbit is now standing in front of the broken stairs.
The broken stairs are located in Meridia’s world, so let’s go there.
To get to broken stairs, go two rooms to the right, then through the brown door.
Tap on the rabbit. It will hop up the stairs and completely collapse the stairway.
After the stairway collapses, the wooden planks will form four strange symbols. We will need these symbols to complete the next puzzle. Well, we could try to memorize all four symbols, but since they’re quite strange, I came up with an easier solution. We will look at symbols one by one, and enter them by switching between the worlds.
NOTE: The wooden planks could form different symbols in your game. You can still use the same method as we did to find the correct solution for this puzzle.
Switch to Adria’s world.
Tap on the padlock to take a closer look at it.
Here, we should enter the four symbols that the wooden planks formed after the stairway collapsed. Let’s take a look at the first symbol. Switch to Meridia’s world.
Ok, let’s memorize the first symbol, and switch back to Adria’s world.
Enter the first symbol, and switch to Meridia’s world.
Memorize the second symbol, and switch to Adria’s world.
Enter the second symbol, and switch to Meridia’s world.
Memorize the third symbol, and switch to Adria’s world.
Enter the third symbol, and switch to Meridia’s world.
Memorize the fourth symbol, and switch to Adria’s world.
Finally, enter the fourth symbol. As soon as you enter the last symbol, you will hear a clicking sound and the chest will open.
Tap on the chest to take a closer look at it.
Tap on the “Wooden Bucket” inside the chest to pick it up, and it will be added to your inventory.
Ok, let’s go to Meridia’s world and fill this bucket with water.
To fill the bucket with water we have to get to the bathroom. To get to the bathroom, go two rooms to the right, and through the brown door.
You will reach the room with the fireplace. From here, go to the first room on the left, and through the blue door.
Select the “Wooden Bucket” from the inventory and tap on the sink to put it in.
Tap on the faucet to turn on the water.
Tap on the bucket to pick it up, and a “Wooden bucket with water” will be added to your inventory.
We should now go outside. To get there, exit the bathroom, go to the first room on the left, and through the brown door.
You will reach the broken stairs. From here, go to the next room on the right, and through the white door.
Tap twice on the arrow on the left and you will find yourself in front of the white door.
Tap on the upper arrow. We can see that there’s an open window up there through which we could reach the attic.
Ok, let’s grow the “magic bean”. First, select “Some Seeds” from the inventory and tap on the hole which we previously dug, to put the seeds inside.
Now, select the “Wooden bucket with water” and tap on the hole to water the seeds.
An enormous plant will grow up from the seeds. Tap on the upper arrow to take a look at the window again.
We can see that the plant reaches all the way to the window, so let’s tap on the open window.
Our character will climb up the plant and into the attic.
Tap on the arrow on the right.
Here we can see a rabbit and a locked cabinet door. Tap on the arrow on the right and let’s see what else we can find in here.
Tap on the drawer to take a closer look at it, and tap once more to open it.
Inside you will see some items. Tap on it to pick it up and a “Can Opener” will be added to your inventory. Later we will use it to open a “Can of Tuna”.
Tap on the arrow on the right.
Ok, here we can see four books on the ground. Tap on them to take a closer look.
Tap on the book on the right to open it, then tap on the arrow in the bottom right corner of the book to flip to the last page. Here, you will find another Owl.
Tap on the “Red Book” with an eye symbol to pick it up.
Ok, tap on the “Red Book” In your inventory and tap once again to open it. Let’s see what we can find in there.
On the first page we can see some clues about the four trees, let’s switch to the next page.
In the next image, we can see that we will get the key if we lower some kind of a ghost into the well. Let’s what’s on the next page.
On the last page, we can see clues about another puzzle, but we will use this one, much later. Let’s close the book and continue with our adventure.
Ok, let’s get back to Adria’s world and lure the cat.
Select the “Can Opener” from the inventory and tap on the “Can of Tuna” to open it.
Now, select the “Open Can of Tuna” from the inventory and tap on the cauldron to put the tuna into the boiling water and lure the cat.
We can see that the cat was attracted by the smell of the fish. So, let’s find the cat.
To find the cat, go two rooms to the left, and then through the brown door.
You will reach the stairs. Go to the first room on the left.
We can see a cat standing in the window. Tap on the “Cat” to pick it up, and it will be added to your inventory.
Ok, we should now bring the cat to Meridia, so let’s switch to Meridia’s world.
To reach Meridia, tap on the arrow on the right, then tap on the open window to climb down.
Tap on the white door to go inside.
Once inside, go to the first room on the left, and then through the brown door.
Select the “Cat” from the inventory and tap on Meridia to hand it over to her.
Meridia will be very grateful because you returned her cat, and she will give you the “Green Key” as a token of her appreciation. Also, she will ask you to follow her, so she might be of further assistance.
